Park Place Nursing and Rehab, established in 1962, is a 165-bed community dedicated to helping individuals recover, rebuild, and return to the life they love. Whether recovering from surgery, illness, or managing long-term needs, each resident receives a personalized plan of care designed to restore independence and improve overall well-being.
Care is delivered by a collaborative interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and certified professionals who combine advanced technology with proven rehabilitation techniques. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored in partnership with the patient, clinical team, and attending physician—ensuring care is not only effective, but meaningful to each individual’s goals.
Our integrated clinical programs incorporate evidence-based practices, innovative medical technology, and specialized therapist training to drive strong outcomes and continued progress.
Park Place offers a full continuum of services, including 24-hour sub-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care, along with specialized programs in cardiac, orthopedic, pulmonary, neurological, and diabetes care. All of this is delivered in a warm, welcoming environment with elevated amenities—because healing happens best when patients feel comfortable, supported, and at home.
JCAHO Accreditation
The Joint Commission is governed by a 21-member Board of Commissioners that includes physicians, administrators, nurses, employers, quality experts, consumers, advocates, and educators. They have accredited and certified more than 22,000 healthcare organizations and programs in the United States, including hospitals and healthcare organizations that provide ambulatory and office-based surgery, behavioral health, home health care, laboratory and nursing care center services. Accreditation and certification require an on-site evaluation by the Joint Commission. The evaluation assesses compliance with the Joint Commission standards and verifies improvement activities. After earning accreditation or certification, healthcare organizations receive The Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission. After rigorous evaluation by the Joint Commission, we are proud to announce that Park Place Nursing and Rehab has The Gold Seal of Approval.
